Before a duel with AI you should load your revolver with creativity. It's age-old wisdom...

Creativity is absolutely crucial for an organisation's competitiveness and long-term survival. This involves not only navigating today's challenges but also preparing the organisation for an increasingly complex and unpredictable future.
For whom?
Since creativity is fundamentally problem-solving, these initiatives immediately strengthen the entire organisation. This applies not least to management teams, innovation teams, marketing departments, agencies and other functions that want to quickly increase the value of their deliverables.

Your cowboy for the day
As an educator in creativity at universities and higher vocational education institutions, Mattias has inspired thousands of students and professionals over more than fifteen years. He is also a sought-after speaker at conferences and events.
Mattias's background as a lawyer means he approaches creativity more systematically than most. Rather than relying on individual flashes of genius or fleeting inspiration, he focuses on advancing ideas through well-structured processes.
With the right creative processes, successful problem-solving becomes reliable and consistent. By engaging all team members in the work, you achieve the diversity and volume of ideas that ultimately guarantee quality outcomes.

What is creativity?
Creativity is the ability to generate new and useful ideas, solutions or expressions. At its core, creativity is quite simply problem-solving. And all problem-solving begins with an accurate definition of the problem.
Who is creative?
All people are creative. Creativity is our birthright, a human ability that we all share and have access to. But poor creative processes and low creative confidence hinder many of us.
What is a creative process?
A creative process is a proven and pre-agreed working methodology, normally divided into several steps, that ensures you and the rest of the team reliably complete your creative work
Inspiration is for amateurs?
This famous quote from American artist Chuck Close means we should never wait for inspiration to strike. Instead, inspiration comes naturally as a consequence of simply getting started.
What does biology say?
It's a misconception that some are born much more creative than others. Only to a small extent are differences explained by genetics – most of it comes down to theory and practice. Thus we have a choice.
Think outside the box?
The expression focuses on an outcome rather than the process, making it useful only for retrospective evaluation. Moreover, the expression lacks a fundamental dimension: It's about two boxes, not one.
What are random elements?
To reach a solution beyond the ordinary, you must add something that doesn't already belong to the familiar equation. You can systematically introduce random elements and allow them to influence the outcome.
Quantity or quality?
In this context, there's no opposition between quantity and quality. You instead achieve quality by combining a large quantity of ideas with a clear process for qualification and selection.
